Job Type: Full-Time

A growing logistics and supply chain organization is seeking an Inbound Logistics Specialist / Supervisor to manage domestic and international freight operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional with experience coordinating shipments, overseeing import/export processes, and working with carriers, warehouses, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end inbound freight operations, including domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation.

  • Coordinate import and export documentation while ensuring compliance with customs and transportation requirements.

  • Partner with warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of cargo.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor transportation activities with trucking and shipping providers.

  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, and packing lists.

  • Process customer invoicing and verify vendor invoices to support accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

  • Monitor shipment profitability and support operational performance objectives.

  • Ensure timely shipment settlement and completion of all related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records within transportation, logistics, and ERP systems.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and service concerns.

  • Assist with the resolution of delivery delays, damaged shipments, shortages, and other logistics-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in freight forwarding transportation, logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations preferred.

  • Working knowledge of import/export procedures, customs processes, freight forwarding, and transportation coordination.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Korean/English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
