Inbound Warehouse Associate - Placement

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member for their Las Vegas Fulfillment Center to help fill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. As part of this team, you will be a key contributor to delighting customers by providing 1-2 day shipping as part of their company goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• All Fulfillment Center (FC) Team Members are expected to work in a fast-paced environment and use on the spot problem solving skills to deliver top-notch customer experience on all deliveries.
• FC Team Members will embrace the our clients Mantras, work well with their peers, and always make safety their top priority
• Team Members in inbound will focus on unloading, counting, and putting product from our vendors into inventory
• Inbound Team Members will ensure all shipments unloaded without damaging product, counted correctly to reconcile against Purchase Orders, and accurately stored in inventory to be made available for online purchasing.
• FC Team Members must be capable of operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) in accordance with all aspects of clients safety and training guidelines
• All associates in a the FC will ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered on-time by following the training and job instruction outlined for their respective job function
• Team Members in the FC will meet or exceed job expectations for Safety, Performance, Reliability, Education, and Effort
• Flexability is key. Be open to extra hours and an extra pace; we don't fulfill our customer promise without it.
• How do you feel about lifting heavy things over and over again? Awesome, we ship anything from mattresses to sheds and we need muscle!

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, team player, and care for safety of yourself and others
• Ability to work on your feet 10 to 12 hours shifts
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and manditory OT as scheduled
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs by yourself
• Comfortable learning and operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Comfortable using technology frequently, such as computers and smart phones
