Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. Reporting to the Dean of Student Life, the Inclusion Support Coach will be responsible for supporting youth and staff with crisis intervention and behavior management support, to support students' full participation in all program activities.
The Inclusion Support Coach will work closely with the Dean of Student Life to directly support students requiring extra support. They should be able to monitor students and manage their continuous progress through data collection and observation and provide information, support and training to students in need.

Days & hours: Days & hours: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm - 6:15pm; Fridays,11am-4:30pm;
Summer hours: Summer: 8am-5:15pm

Compensation
DREAM offers competitive compensation commensurate with relevant experience with the potential for a seasonal increase. The rate for this position for incoming staff is between $22 and $25 per hour, which is based on eligible experience.
Inclusion Support Coaches are eligible for annual compensation increases, in accordance with DREAM's compensation practices.
