The Inclusion Teacher/Special Education Case Manager is responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in inclusive classroom settings. This position ensures compliance with federal and state special education regulations while collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and administrators to promote student achievement and access to the general education curriculum.
The Inclusion Teacher/SPED Case Manager develops, implements, and monitors Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provides accommodations and modifications, tracks student progress, and serves as the primary liaison between the school and families regarding special education services.
