Incoming Quality Inspector

We're partnering with an innovative semiconductor manufacturer in Gloucester, MA that's growing and looking to add a Quality Inspector to their team. If you enjoy hands‑on quality work, take pride in precision, and want a steady, long‑term role on first shift, this could be a great fit.

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Location: Gloucester, MA | Long‑Term Contract | $25/hr | Day Shift
• Competitive pay - $25/hour

What You'll Do

• Inspect PCBs to IPC‑610 Class II standards
• Inspect cables and harnesses to IPC‑620 Class II
• Inspect electromechanical assemblies, including fastener torque
• Record inspection results and defects in the PDM system
• Complete ERP transactions to track materials
• Follow Safety, FOD, and ESD procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts (5S, Kaizen, Lean)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• IPC inspection experience is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug test
