What You’ll Do as a Bait Packager:- Distribute work assignments to assembler/packagers
- Perform packaging and setup operations
- Tend to equipment to maintain continuous operation
- Make routine machine adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot first-level issues and perform basic maintenance
- Assist with tooling changeovers
- Ensure needed materials and supplies are available
- Change film and printer labels when necessary
- Maintain production records and worksheets
- Support efficient operation of the designated packaging line
What You Need to Bring to the Bait Packager Role:- High school diploma or GED, or 2+ months of related experience
- Ability to add/subtract three digit numbers and perform basic weight calculations
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to solve basic problems in standardized situations #WEjobhunt
