What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Technician:- Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Track inventory and workflow using SAP or similar systems
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace through regular inspections
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and workplace policies
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Technician Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation to Spencer, IA
