We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer -focused Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support services for our partner client accounts. Contractors will assist customers via phone, chat, and/or email depending on the client program selected.

This is a contract -based role - not an employee position. Contractors maintain control of their schedule, tax responsibility, and business operations.<\/span><\/b><\/span>

Provide high -quality customer service during customer interaction.

Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, chat, or email.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer concerns
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Follow brand and compliance guidelines for assigned client program.

Main a quiet, distraction -free workspace during service hours.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Must be 18 or older<\/span>

High School Diploma or equivalent<\/span>

Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span>

Basic computer and typing skills <\/span>
