This engagement is intended to supplement internal HR capacity by providing specialized compensation expertise on a flexible basis, supporting both planned initiatives and emerging needs. The consultant will deliver discrete analyses, recommendations, and project-based outputs to help strengthen compensation frameworks, ensure internal equity, and align with market practices. This is a non-exclusive, independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.
