A logistics and freight brokerage company is seeking Independent Freight Brokers to build and manage their own book of business in a fully remote, commission-driven role. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals with freight/logistics industry experience who want uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a book of shipper and carrier relationships
  • Source freight opportunities and negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
  • Coordinate and track shipments from booking through delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure reliable capacity
  • Manage day-to-day account activity using freight brokerage/TMS software
  • Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets through active business development

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based structure
  • Familiarity with TMS/freight brokerage software
  • Existing book of business a significant plus, but not required
