A logistics and freight brokerage company is seeking Independent Freight Brokers to build and manage their own book of business in a fully remote, commission-driven role. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals with freight/logistics industry experience who want uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of shipper and carrier relationships
- Source freight opportunities and negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
- Coordinate and track shipments from booking through delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure reliable capacity
- Manage day-to-day account activity using freight brokerage/TMS software
- Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets through active business development
Qualifications
- Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based structure
- Familiarity with TMS/freight brokerage software
- Existing book of business a significant plus, but not required
