As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll help connect qualified healthcare professionals with opportunities at healthcare organizations across a variety of care settings.

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
Screen candidates and assess qualifications.
Present career opportunities to healthcare professionals.
Submit qualified candidates through the SYDIERA recruiting process.
Maintain accurate documentation within recruiting systems.
Communicate professionally throughout the recruiting process.
Follow established recruiting procedures and best practices.

Previous recruiting, healthcare, customer service, sales, or business development experience is helpful but not required.

This is a1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Recruiters earnplacement-based compensation for successful placements. Compensation varies based on the recruiting opportunity and applicable placement requirements.
