Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care and support to clients in a home environment.
Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Background check clearance and any required certifications in caregiving.
Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
