Independent House Cleaner - 1099 Contractor

Shiny Go Cleanis expanding, we're hiring independent house cleaners (solo or teams) in Madison and nearby neighborhoods. This is a 1099 contractor role.

We're hunting for A-level cleaners to join our squad. Only the BEST, with an eagle eye for detail.

If you're punctual, a great communicator, and treat customers like gold, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

- Deep clean homes (routine, move-in/out, etc.)- Show up on time, ready to impress- Deliver 5-star service, every time- Navigate across service areas - track miles, stay efficient

You Need:

- Good attitude

- Fluent in Eglish

- 3+ years pro cleaning experience (no side hustlers)

- Your own car, valid WI license

- Full cleaning kit: vacuum, mop, duster, cloths, etc.

- Willing to travel around Madison, 25 mile radius

- Comfortable as a 1099 contractor
