Independent Living ManagerFull-Time | Exempt | Rock Hill, SCChildren's Attention Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced leader to serve as our Independent Living Manager. This position oversees the daily operations of our Independent Living Program, which supports young adults ages 18-21 as they transition toward independence.The Independent Living Manager provides leadership and supervision to program staff, coordinates participant services, ensures compliance with agency policies and regulations, and helps create a safe, supportive environment where young adults can develop the skills needed for long-term success. This role also works closely with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen resources and opportunities for participants. Key Responsibilities Include:Supervising and supporting Independent Living staffOverseeing participant admissions, services, and program operationsEnsuring compliance with agency policies and licensing requirementsBuilding community partnerships and coordinating educational opportunitiesSupporting program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and quality improvement effortsParticipating in crisis response and on-call responsibilities as needed Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a human services or related fieldExperience working with young adults, child welfare, or a similar populationMinimum of two years of supervisory experienceValid driver's license and ability to meet agency training requirements Get to Know Children's Attention HomeFounded in 1970 as an emergency shelter for vulnerable youth, Children's Attention Home now provides comprehensive residential care for youth up to age 21.
