Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) are individuals who improve or maintain the participant to live independently as possible in their home and community. The ILST works with each client on recovering skills that have decreased because of onset disabilities of progressive illness to maintain essential skills within the clients home and community.
Amor Coordination Services, Inc. is a company dedicated to assisting Medicaid Waiver participants on the Nursing Home Transition Diversion and the Traumatic Brain Injury Programs stay within their homes and community. We provide the clients with oversight and supervision, staying in close communication with their coordinators, other providers, and family to ensure the best care for our clients.

Job description
Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) are individuals who improve or maintain the participant to live independently as possible in their home and community.
