The opportunity We’re building a network of experienced relationship sellers to help Pain/IM clinics implement a clinical toxicology testing service used in ongoing controlled-substance care. (CDC guidance notes clinicians should consider the benefits/risks of toxicology testing when prescribing opioids for subacute or chronic pain.)
Compensation
Paid monthly per approved, active clinic account you onboard and support.
Example earning potential: 1 approved pain-management account can average about $3,000/month in commissions (illustrative; varies by account activity and approvals).
Duration: You earn each month while the account remains active and assigned.

What you’ll do
Activate your existing Pain/IM relationships and convert clinics into approved, active accounts
Coordinate onboarding (workflow + portal) and keep accounts successfully live
Maintain a simple weekly pipeline rhythm (targets → approvals → active accounts)
What you bring
Recent success calling on Pain and/or Internal Medicine prescribers (psych contacts are a plus)
Independent 1099 mindset, strong follow-through, professional communication
Comfort educating clinics in plain English on why tox testing supports safer prescribing and documentation (talk track provided)
