<\/li>DEA

<\/li>NPI

<\/li>Background in Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Urgent Care

<\/li>DOT Certification is required

<\/li>2 years of clinical experience outside clinical or residencies

<\/li>Ability to work independently
