Position Summary:

Responsible for administrative tasks supporting operations of the Indirect Lending Department, processing indirect loans and ensuring all documentation accurate and complete.

• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to workflow changes, able to handle frequent change, delays or updates.
• Read/interpret documents (loan contracts, state & federal IDs, collection regulations, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid MS Office proficiency, MS Excel in particular.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor all dealership correspondence; examine indirect loan contracts for accuracy.
• Notify dealership of omission(s), follow up on those requiring special attention.
• Book loans including any necessary adjustments; balance reports daily.
• Successfully handle calls inquiring about indirect loans, provide quotes to members/dealerships.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years with financial institution, in lending or other customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED.
