IHMVCU is seeking an Indirect Funding Specialist to join our Lending team at our headquarters in Moline, IL! This position plays an important role in delivering a smooth and timely experience for both our members and dealership partners by ensuring approved indirect loans are funded accurately and efficiently.

What does an Indirect Funding Specialist do?
As an Indirect Funding Specialist, you''ll be responsible for reviewing and funding approved indirect loan contracts while ensuring all required documentation and verifications are complete. Because this is a high-volume, time-sensitive role, you''ll balance accuracy, efficiency, and strong time management to keep loans moving through the funding process.
Each indirect lending program has unique funding requirements, so you''ll utilize multiple systems throughout the day while following established procedures and deadlines. You''ll also build and maintain positive relationships with dealership partners and internal team members through professional, timely communication.

What are some of the responsibilities?
- Review approved indirect loan files to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and ready for funding.
- Monitor loan files for missing documentation and obtain required items before funding.
- Fund approved indirect loan contracts accurately and within established timeframes.
- Assemble and maintain complete loan documentation.
- Verify information provided by underwriters, dealerships, and existing member accounts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealership partners through responsive, professional service.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and program requirements.
- Maintain high production standards while delivering exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous operational excellence.
