Position Summary:

We're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Indirect Procurement Specialist to support sourcing of services and contracted spending across our global operations. As part of an ongoing transformation in how we manage third-party services, this role is central to implementing and embedding standard procurement processes - sourcing events, contracting workflows, preferred supplier usage, and requisition-to-order compliance - across the business. Delivering value and cost savings is part of the mandate, but the primary focus is building repeatable process and strong working relationships with the functions we support.

In this role, you'll focus on indirect services and contracted categories- IT and software, engineering and technical services, EHS, HR and contingent labor, facilities and MRO, and capital projects and equipment (capex).

Success in this role depends on strong collaboration: you'll work side by side with IT, Engineering, EHS, HR, Finance, Legal, and site operations teams to understand their requirements, guide them through the procurement process, and turn recurring needs into well-structured supplier agreements that support our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end sourcing for indirect services and contracted categories (IT, engineering, EHS, HR, facilities, capex and equipment), starting with the NA region.
• Draft, review, and manage service agreements, SOWs, MSAs, and equipment purchase terms in partnership with Legal and the requesting function.
• Implement and roll out standard procurement processes - intake, sourcing thresholds, RFx, approval workflows, preferred supplier usage, and requisition-to-order compliance - and train stakeholders on how to use them.
• Act as the day-to-day procurement partner for assigned functions, joining their planning cycles early so sourcing and contracting are built into project timelines (particularly capex and engineering projects).
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews for services suppliers and contractors, coordinating with EHS on contractor safety requirements.
• Analyze spend data to identify consolidation and standardization opportunities, and track realized value and savings from sourcing activity.
• Support sustainability initiatives and supplier diversity initiatives across the indirect supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect services and contracted categories (IT, engineering, EHS, HR, facilities, capex/equipment).
• Experience with a shared services center is a plus
• Hands-on experience with services contracting- MSAs, SOWs, and statements of work - and comfort working with Legal on terms.
• Track record of implementing or rolling out procurement processes and policies in a decentralized, multi-site environment.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-procurement audiences without direct authority.
