Individual Support Technician (IST III) - Needed in Somerset County IST III – Entry / Support Tier Who We Are Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Therapeutic Support Services designed to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Rooted in evidence‑based practices, we are dedicated to delivering individualized care that promotes independence, safety, and meaningful outcomes for every client. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Individual Support Technicians (IST I, IST II, and IST III) to support youth (ages 5–21) receiving Individual Support Services (ISS) in home and community‑based settings. Job Summary As an Individual Support Technician, you will work directly with youth with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to help them acquire, retain, and generalize assisted daily living skills, adaptive behavior, and socialization. Services are delivered using Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies in clients’ homes and outpatient youth centers. Providers typically work 5–35 hours per week, with 2–4 hour shifts scheduled based on family and program needs. This role is hands‑on skill‑building (not clinical therapy) and focuses on independence, functional life skills, and client safety. Role Focus: Direct hands‑on support under supervision.
