Indoor/Outdoor Cannabis Facilities Plumber

Job Title: Plumbing Technician | Reports to: Site Foreman / Facility Electrician | Location: Homestead, FL 33030

Job Summary:

The Flowery is a leading cannabis cultivation and production company committed to quality, sustainability, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to maintain and repair plumbing, irrigation, water distribution, drainage, and related facility systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plumbing and water systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, pumps, drains, and related equipment.
• Maintain and repair cultivation irrigation systems, including water lines, pumps, valves, and filters.
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to plumbing issues and emergencies.
• Assist with facility construction, renovations, and installation of new plumbing infrastructure and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and construction plans.
• Work with contractors and other team members on facility projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, company policies, and cannabis industry requirements.
• Communicate maintenance needs and project status to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of general maintenance.
• Local travel between locations may be required.

Requirements:

• Plumbing or trade school training is a plus but not required. 
• Previous plumbing, maintenance, or skilled-trade experience required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, irrigation, pumps, valves, and water systems.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical/manual labor.
