C&K Industrial Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our valued industrial clients. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, coordinating with our operations teams, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with our customers' expectations.
As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager, Project Managers, Dispatch, and Safety to keep communication flowing, solve problems quickly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll spend most of your time at customer facilities, helping ensure our hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and specialty industrial cleaning services are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build long-term relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their operational needs and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate with field operations, project managers, dispatch, billing, and leadership to keep projects on schedule
- Visit customer sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues, and strengthen client relationships
- Communicate project updates, schedules, and service performance with customers
- Assist with quotes, pricing coordination, scope changes, and project documentation
- Track account performance and help identify opportunities to improve service and grow existing customer relationships
- Support safety initiatives by promoting safe work practices and participating in incident reviews when needed
- Work alongside company leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success
We're Looking For
- Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, operations, or industrial services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer or project management software
- Ability to complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, job documentation, and other required administrative tasks
- Experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, refineries, steel mills, power generation, or related industries is a plus
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to customer sites, with occasional overnight travel as needed
