Industrial Account Manager Overview:
As the Account Manager you will build and maintain exceptional client relationships to obtain new service agreements and pursue additional opportunities with existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Individual sales planning and sales funnel management to accurately forecast sales to guarantee that you will achieve your monthly targets for New Accounts, Conversion Sales and Client Meetings
- Proactive management of new and existing customers to meet sales goals and strengthen the Ryan Fireprotection brand
- Input all sales activity into CRM tools (e.g. ZoHo) in consistent and timely manner
- General understanding of contract terms and language
- Industry organizational involvement (flexible schedule required):
- Mentoring new reps (experience pending)
- Trade shows
- Networking events
- Visiting customer sites, etc.
Skills, Education & Experience: - Self-motivated, highly organized and driven with the ability to multi task and consistently drive efforts
- Able to proactively communicate with Sales Manager and colleagues on account portfolio to forecast performance and exceed client expectations
- Outstanding interpersonal & communications skills
- Proven ability to work with a team and independently
- 3-5 years successful track record in sales
- Fire protection experience is strongly encouraged but not mandatory
Requirements: - Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. The ability to drive to job sites / work locations may be a requirement of this position. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
