Industrial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Industrial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize layouts for manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct time studies and process simulations to support decision-making.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
