Assemble, adjust, and fine-tune transformer core and coil units
Perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly adjustments
Inspect, prepare, and stage completed units for testing and shipment
Operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, and air-powered tools
Safely operate or work around cranes, forklifts, vacuum systems, and hot oil systems
Perform quality inspections and basic documentation
Follow assembly specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment
Work from ladders and scaffolding when necessary
Complete detailed assembly and finishing work to meet quality standards
What We're Looking For
Previous mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on skills
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Experience with industrial equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in a large industrial manufacturing environment
Must be comfortable working at heights
Ability to successfully complete a basic math assessment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Good hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly and inspection work
Must meet required vision standards for inspection tasks
Ability to safely work at heights using ladders and scaffolding
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Pre-employment physical required
Ability to work a required swing shift
Must be able to work safely in a hands-on industrial manufacturing environment
