You step onto the factory floor and immediately plug into ATS’s safety culture—coaching, modeling, and enforcing safe behaviors while honoring all regulatory commitments and ATS policies. From there, you partner with internal and external customers to design engineered improvements that boost equipment reliability and throughput. You spot worn assets before they become constraints, shape capital plans with clear ROI stories, and help the site operate with a true precision reliability mindset.
This role frequently involves standing, walking, using hands for fine work, reaching, climbing/balancing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, with regular verbal communication and hearing. Intermittent exposure to outdoor weather and electrical shock risk may occur. Work is primarily in a loud factory setting where hazardous materials may be present and floors can be greasy or slippery.
