Industrial Automation Controls Reliability Technician — Bolingbrook, IL
Picture your morning at 6:45 a.m.: steel-toed boots on the floor, CMMS open, and a quick sync with the Maintenance Manager. A Fanuc robot flagged a fault overnight; you isolate the issue, verify safety interlocks, tweak a parameter, and restore flow. By mid-morning, you’re walking a CNC through a motion anomaly, reading the electrical prints to pinpoint a control loop misfire. After lunch, it’s Safety PLC validation and a preventive check on a vision system so production doesn’t miss a beat. That’s a typical day when uptime is your north star.
