    Description

Lead the Build. Grow the Team. Elevate Automation.

Step into a day where you set the pace for industrial automation installs. You’ll mobilize a small crew, kick off with a safety huddle, align with the project manager on milestones, and then get hands-on—routing RMT, wiring PLCs, reading schematics, and solving the electrical mysteries that pop up on active sites. As the foreman, you set quality standards, mentor electricians, and keep the schedule moving without compromising safety.

    What your day looks like

    • Direct a compact crew through varied industrial automation projects from start to finish.
    • Own safety and quality on-site, ensuring protocols and standards are followed every time.
    • Coordinate closely with project managers to hit deadlines and deliver on scope.
    • Troubleshoot electrical systems quickly and accurately to keep progress on track.
    • Coach team members in best practices, elevating craftsmanship and efficiency.
    • Adapt to changing site conditions and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Travel to project locations across the U.S. as assignments require.

    What you bring

    • Active Journeyman Electrician license.
    • Proven crew leadership with the ability to motivate and set expectations.
    • Hands-on experience running a crew on industrial electrical work.
    • Foundational knowledge of control systems; we’ll train further for the right person.
    • Drive to learn and advance within industrial automation.
    • Positive, solutions-first communication style.
    • Willingness to travel nationwide for project work.
