Role Snapshot
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stamping presses and related equipment with a focus on electrical and controls. Use PLC logic to diagnose issues, repair or replace electronic components, and partner across teams to keep production running.
Key Impact Tasks
- Troubleshoot press-area equipment rapidly and correctly.
- Create repair plans, communicate solutions to supervision, and execute.
- Use PLC logic for reading functions and structured troubleshooting.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty electronic components.
- Understand press operations and supporting equipment.
- Assist Facilities with electrical projects and support a Maintenance Mechanic when needed.
- Reduce downtime to sustain production targets.
- Collaborate, share knowledge, and request support to meet timelines.

Schedule & Location
Z Shift / 5 PM–5 AM, Friday–Sunday, located at our Pontiac, MI plant. Flexibility is occasionally required to arrive early, stay late, or work outside normal hours to meet customer deadlines or urgent needs.
