Build furniture that busy cafés rely on

We’re a family-owned producer of premium chairs and tables for commercial dining—featured in top fast-casual brands and university cafés. In this role, you’ll ensure our automated fabrication equipment is safe, reliable, and production-ready while contributing directly to programming and metal forming.

Role snapshot

  • Identify maintenance needs using work orders and machine specification documents
  • Operate a forklift to move materials and position equipment for service
  • Diagnose faults and determine whether to repair in-house or outsource
  • Disassemble machinery with hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists
  • Install, replace, and adjust parts/attachments per production specs
  • Reassemble, test, and inspect; mark defects and notify supervisors as needed
  • Set up and operate machines; fine-tune controls to meet quality targets
  • Program and support laser and robotic welding operations
  • Execute tube bending to precise requirements
  • Record production, repair, and preventive maintenance activities in the ERP
  • Contribute to general facility projects: painting, drywall, carpentry, and grounds keeping

Schedule & compensation

  • Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM; overtime as required
  • $23.50–$29.50 per hour + 10% premium
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days, based on attendance criteria

Qualifications

  • 2+ years programming lasers and robotic welders
  • Experience with tube bending
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Advanced math and measurement proficiency with strong problem-solving
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with exceptional attention to detail
  • Team-first mindset; willing to help other areas during peak demand
  • Proficiency with drills, grinders, sanders, welders, and related hand tools
  • Comfort with computers to log time and complete simple ERP transactions
