What your future day will look like:
  • Define and execute regional marketing strategies that drive qualified lead generation and strengthen brand awareness, while continuously analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform impactful initiatives and support Sales.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements, while building strong relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to expand reach and visibility.
  • Grow and optimize digital marketing efforts to increase lead volume and quality, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels including PR, events, and digital platforms.
  • Lead and develop the regional marketing and communications team, setting clear priorities, fostering collaboration and autonomy, and driving a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and work closely with central teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment, share insights, and continuously improve processes, execution, and results.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 7–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, including team leadership
  • Comfort level with all marketing aspects:  brand positioning, budget ownership, digital platforms, content development, PR and tradeshows/experiential marketing. (brand positioning, content, digital, PR, events)
  • Recent experience with mar-tech platforms for various social, web and email campaigns:  SEO, social media, content marketing and CRM/analytics tools.
