This is a hands-on, physically demanding industrial position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our facilities operate 24/7, and team members work around industrial equipment and in areas where temperatures can become very hot.

- Workl approximately 4 – 3 days a week with alternating weekends
- Day and night shift rotation on monthly base

What You'll Do
- Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements to help prevent injuries
- Stay alert and aware of your surroundings in an active production environment
- Perform physically demanding production tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials and equipment as required
- Regularly lift 50–75 pounds
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Work effectively in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Change tasks quickly and efficiently based on production needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Take accountability for your work, attendance, safety, and performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in hot, physically demanding environments is strongly preferred
- Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, foundry, mill, or production experience is a plus
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical work
- Able and willing to work in temperatures that reach approximately 120°F in certain work areas
- Safety-minded and committed to following established procedures
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and alone
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Able to perform repetitive work with limited breaks
- Able to wear all required PPE
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
