Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA is hiring experienced Industrial Cleaner for a large, fast-paced cleaning project at a manufacturing facility. This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of 1-2 months. Overtime will be available to help meet project deadlines.

High-performing employees may have the opportunity to continue working with LACOSTA on future projects after this assignment is complete.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday + overtime

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $18.00/hr

Job Duties: Help restore and maintain a clean, safe, and professional manufacturing environment by performing a variety of industrial cleaning tasks, including:

• Floor cleaning and maintenance
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet spot removal
• Wiping walls and surfaces to remove built-up residue
• Boom / Lift truck experience a plus*
• General facility cleaning and detailing
• Operating floor machines and other cleaning equipment
• Using hand tools and cleaning products safely and effectively
• Completing additional cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure project deadlines are met

This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial cleaning experience required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Knowledge of floor care procedures, cleaning equipment, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Comfortable wearing all required PPE
• Must remove all jewelry and accessories before entering the facility
