Industrial Cleaner – Now Hiring!
HM Staffing is looking for reliable, hard-working Industrial Cleaners to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment within our facility.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in industrial spaces
Remove debris, waste, and recyclable materials
Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals/equipment properly
Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
Requirements:
Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Comfortable working around machinery and in fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
