The challenge

• Own the health of CNC grinders, lathes, mills, and manual machines through rigorous preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Lead fault‑finding and corrective repairs, leveraging PLC insights to minimize production interruptions.
• Handle oils and chemicals with strict adherence to PPE and regulatory guidelines.
• Capture accurate maintenance records in the CMMS and escalate equipment issues appropriately.
• Set the standard for cleanliness, safety, and organization across the shop floor.

How you’ll work

You’ll balance independent problem‑solving with cross‑functional collaboration—communicating clearly, sharing updates, and coordinating with production to keep schedules on track.

What you bring

• Mechanical aptitude developed in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Confidence using PLC systems for troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Basic computer literacy, including email and CMMS usage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Safe, skilled use of hand tools and basic power tools.
