Position Salary: $67,912.00 to $107,244.80

Your impact

• Provide daily technical/process support across Operations to stabilize quality and improve throughput.
• Lead troubleshooting of equipment and process control systems to enhance batch quality, cut costs, increase reliability, and support quality improvement programs.
• Test new and existing production procedures to validate methods and standardize work.
• Organize resources and manage workflows; resolve production delays promptly.
• Optimize layouts, lines, machine operations, and overall network performance to unlock capacity.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers on upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all procedures.
• Modernize systems with technology upgrades and automation where practical.
• Plan and execute multiple efficiency initiatives and see them through to quantified benefits.
• Grow into and deliver small-scale capital projects from scope to commissioning.
• Work with vendors on product specifications, purchasing, and product evaluations against quality standards.
• Coordinate with in-house maintenance and external contractors to complete repairs and improvements.
• Analyze space and workflow needs; design efficient equipment and workspace layouts.

What it takes to succeed

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field (required).
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or similar experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects (required).
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) (preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication (preferred).
