Quality Process Services QPSJob Title: Industrial / Construction Electrical SupervisorLocation: Will Vary Depending on Project LocationHours: Will typically be 10-12 per dayPer diem: will be available depending on project and location Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial/Construction Electrical Supervisor who is not only able to lead crews in the field but is also willing and capable of working with their tools. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and actively participating in field work alongside the crew when needed.The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly skilled electrician, and someone who leads by example on the job site.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial and construction projects
Perform hands-on electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
Manage job site productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and code compliance
Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
Maintain job site documentation and progress reports
Requirements
5+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting
Ability to work in the field with tools while supervising others
Familiarity with NEC code and OSHA safety regulations
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel or work on varying job sites if required
