    Quality Process Services QPSJob Title: Industrial / Construction Electrical Location: Will Vary Depending on Project LocationHours: Will typically be 10-12 per dayPer diem: will be available depending on project and locationPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Construction Electrician to install electrical systems on industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in industrial environments such as manufacturing facilities, refineries, power plants, warehouses, or large industrial construction sites. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, follow electrical codes, and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Install electrical systems, conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, motors, and control systems in industrial settings.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and specifications.
    • Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit.
    • Pull wire and terminate electrical connections according to project specifications.
    • Install motor controls, PLC-related components, and industrial equipment.
    • Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company safety policies.
    • Operate power tools, lifts, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on-site.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Complete daily reports and documentation as required.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
    • 3+ years of industrial electrical construction experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of NEC code and industrial electrical systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Experience with:
      • Motor controls
      • MCCs (Motor Control Centers)
      • Industrial lighting systems
      • Conduit installation and wire pulling
      • Troubleshooting electrical systems is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel if required.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces.
    • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
    • Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.
    Work Environment
    • Industrial construction sites
    • Outdoor and indoor work environments
    • Exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and heavy equipment
    Preferred Skills
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Experience with industrial automation systems is a plus
