An established and growing heavy industrial company is seeking experienced Industrial Construction Professionals to support mechanical, process piping, water/wastewater treatment, pump station, and industrial facility projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania; based midway between Allentown and Philadelphia. Opportunities are available for experienced Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents with a background in heavy civil, mechanical, industrial, or plant construction. <\/span>

  • $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience and position). <\/span><\/span><\/span>Benefits available include:

    Day Shift, Monday – Friday.<\/span>

    Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.<\/span>

    Projects are primarily located within approximately 1–2 hours (100 miles) of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, mechanical, plant, process piping, water/wastewater, or heavy civil construction (higher levels of experience preferred for leadership positions)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred for engineering/project management roles<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • OSHA 10 Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Valid Driver's License<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced construction environment<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Microsoft Office proficiency<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      • Site civil and underground utility work<\/span>

      • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Coordinating project submittals, document control, and material tracking<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • QA/QC procedures and safety compliance<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Supervising field crews and subcontractors<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Construction planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, HCSS HeavyBid, and/or Viewpoint experience is considered an asset<\/span>
