Industrial SuperintendentThe Industrial Superintendent will be responsible for:Overseeing all on-site construction activities for industrial projects valued $40M-$100MManaging subcontractors, site teams and schedules to ensure timely deliveryEnforcing safety standards and maintaining a strong safety-first culture on siteCoordinating closely with project managers, engineers and inspectorsLeading site logistics, quality control, inspections and punch-list completionTracking progress and resolving field issues to maintain budget and scheduleServing as the primary on-site leader throughout the full project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
