Industrial Superintendents WantedA Buffalo GC is looking for additional Industrial Superintendents with full benefits (ESOP, 401k, PTO, Bonus, etc...)About Our ClientThis opportunity is with a medium-sized organization that specializes in property development and construction. The company is known for its focus on delivering high-quality projects and fostering a supportive work environment.Job DescriptionManage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project execution.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.Monitor project budgets and manage resources to minimize costs without compromising quality.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project management teams.Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment for all team members on-site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
