Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project execution.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor project budgets and manage resources to minimize costs without compromising quality.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project management teams.

Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.

Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment for all team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Proven experience managing Industrial construction projects in the property industry.

Projects ranging from $60 Million dollar.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges on-site.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
