Industrial Construction Superintendent

The Industrial Construction Superintendent will:

1. Oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion
2. Manage daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
3. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
4. Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate project expectations to field personnel
5. Monitor quality standards and oversee QA/QC initiatives
6. Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
7. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
8. Collaborate with Project Managers to address schedule, budget, and field challenges
9. Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a proactive manner
10. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates
11. Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities
12. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

The successful Industrial Construction Superintendent will have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in the construction industry
• Experience managing industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or large commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, site logistics, and safety requirements
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive schedules and deliver high-quality projects
• Proven track record of successful project execution and field leadership
