Role Snapshot
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment and infrastructure.
- Diagnose issues fast, implement fixes, and drive down unplanned downtime.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute work accurately.
- Work side-by-side with cross-functional teammates to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Keep precise maintenance and repair records.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety best practices.
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship completion preferred.
- Valid Kentucky electrician’s license or certification.
- Proven track record in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong command of wiring methods, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Independent self-starter who also collaborates well on a team.
- Detail-oriented communicator with a safety-first mindset.
