Industrial Cycle Counting Lead

EHC is currently looking for an Industrial Cycle Counting Lead for a client in the West Chester, OH area.

Job Summary:

Responsible for daily management of the cycle count team to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Duties include review of cycle counts and communication of inventory discrepancies to management.

Responsibilities:

• Review Cycle counts daily and plan agenda

• Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity

• Ensure materials are in proper locations and communicate any discrepancies to management

• Assist in special projects as needed

• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed

• Maintain workload organization and communicate effectively

• Manage cycle count team and organize counting schedule

Qualifications:

• One to two years of warehouse/pipe related experience in shipping and receiving
• Experience with Inventory
• Good communication skills
• Experience with/Product knowledge Carbon and Stainless Pipe
• Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player
• Computer skills
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Demands & Abilities:

• Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferred
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
