- Digital Troubleshooting - Support manufacturing teams by diagnosing issues through Ignition logs, alarms, test data, and historical trends before engaging in physical troubleshooting.
- Trial Design & Validation - Plan and execute controlled trials to validate process changes, new equipment, or recipe adjustments in accordance with JCP and customer standards.
- Documentation & Standards - Maintain process sheets, recipes, build standards, and customer‑specific reports; ensure documentation reflects current validated processes.
- Continuous Improvement Projects - Lead small CI initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving stability, and enhancing product consistency.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to translate data findings into actionable improvements.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer - Develop standardized documents and train operators and technicians on new processes, recipes, or equipment changes.
Essential Skills & Competencies

- Ability to interpret large datasets, historian trends, SPC charts, and machine logs.
- Solid understanding of magnet‑wire manufacturing, copper processing, or similar continuous‑flow production environments.
- Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
- Effective communication and collaboration across engineering, operations, and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs.
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to customer and internal service.
