We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Data Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that demands an individual who is well-versed in data analysis, data infrastructure, and database management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and interpreting data to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and guide business decisions. This role will involve close collaboration with various departments, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure that data is accurately collected, analyzed, and utilized.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain relational databases for data storage and data mining.
2. Perform data warehouse analysis and testing, including debugging, tracking, and resolution.
3. Analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
5. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
6. Work collaboratively with management to prioritize business and information needs.
7. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations with Tableau, Pentaho, or similar tools.
8. Automate tasks and processes using Power Automate or similar tools.
9. Develop protocols and manage the data governance process to ensure data integrity and privacy.
10. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
11. Collaborate with the IT team to establish data infrastructure needs and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MS Access.
4. Experience in analyzing raw data and creating reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Pentaho.
5. Strong understanding of data infrastructure and data warehousing principles.
6. Experience with Power Automate or similar tools for task automation.
7. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning raw data into actionable insights.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data in a manner that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
11. Proven experience in handling sensitive data with discretion and ensuring data privacy.
12. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
