We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Data Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, ideal for a professional who has a solid background in data analytics and is eager to leverage their skills to drive our business forward. Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Data Analytics Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure systems to support our manufacturing processes.
2. Analyzing raw data from various sources to extract valuable business insights and drive decision making.
3. Designing and executing complex SQL queries on MS SQL server, MySQL, and MS access to manipulate and analyze data.
4. Utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Pentaho to effectively present data to key stakeholders.
5. Automating data processes using tools like Power Automate to increase efficiency and accuracy.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
7. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Providing technical support and training to team members on data-related issues.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Industrial Data Analytics Engineer position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in MS SQL server, MySQL, and MS access.
4. Experience in analyzing raw data and translating findings into actionable business insights.
5. Strong knowledge of data infrastructure systems and their implementation.
6. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Pentaho.
7. Experience in automating data processes using tools like Power Automate.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
