As our Industrial Design Engineer, you'll create new products and categories, experiment with materials and machines, and find smarter ways to make them right here in our Kapolei factory. What you'll do
Bring ideas that matter to a small team where everyone has an impact
Learn and grow with a team that trains, shares knowledge, and supports each other
Take products from sketch and CAD through prototype to production
Innovate with new equipment, automation, and AI tools
Experiment with wood, laser, UV printing, dye-sublimation, and new materials and processes
Build what you design in our on-site factory
Test prototypes for durability, safety, and finish
Work with production to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
Write specs and engineering changes for the factory
Celebrate Hawaii's culture through the products you create
Support projects across CocoNene and Pictures Plus
Qualifications
2–4 years of Industrial Design Engineering, Product Design, or related experience
Degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Product Design, or related field
Strong CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino) and Adobe Creative Suite
Curious, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
A portfolio showing your creative range (required)
