**Summary:** Meta Reality Labs is shaping the future of technology and Meta's Industrial Design team is helping bring this next generation of hardware to life. You have experience creating world class solutions and use strategic thinking and hands-on skills to create compelling products. **Required Skills:** Industrial Designer - RL Hardware Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop category-defining products 2. Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex problems 3. Navigate cross-functional teams in a complex environment 4. Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges 5. Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field 7. 5+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products 8. Clear communication, visualization, and problem solving skills 9. Fluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX 10. Experience exploring and refine ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping 11. Expertise in designing for mass production 12. Excel in highly ambiguous situations **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 14. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 15.
